Jaemie has been working for me for the last five years. She is self-directed, enthusiastic and a dedicated team player. I hired Jaemie knowing she had no relevant experience but I knew in my gut that she was perfect for the job. Initially, I placed her in an administrative role but she took on further responsibilities by creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing my online presence and training new employees.
